    Good service overall

    Callum and Andreas were extremely pleasant and helpful. Ian was very helpful towards gaining exchange, which was slow because the buyers solicitor wasted 3 weeks asking for information that was totally irrelevant. But when I put the property up for sale, I specifically said no For Sale board was to be put in my front garden, which was adhered to. Only to find my property being used as the companies next leaflet campaign, stating, look how quickly we sold this property! Had I wanted all of my neighbors to know my business, I would of allowed the For Sale sign in the first place. So the lack of discretion regarding my privacy was not good.

    It sold

    Multiple calls regarding the same subject, asking for keys when they already had then on 2 occasions. No one seemed to talk to each other or pass on information. Not told we had to use a certain legal company for 10 days after we instructed one we were given by Bennetts....could have been costly! Three stars because they did sell it...... and on a number of occasions we were advised to keep our fingers crossed....bit inappropriate

    Yes I would recommend R A Bennett & partners to friends and family members. What's made them good is there helpings way, nothing seam to much trouble. They also keeled you in the loop.
